REDCO Process Environmental and Energy Technologies Inc. was founded in 2012 with a team specialized in wastewater treatment, aiming to provide equipment and system solutions for sludge disposal processes, specifically in the areas of sludge dewatering and incineration technologies. REDCO operates in the field of wastewater sludge treatment, offering solutions in Belt Sludge Dewatering, Solar Dewatering, High-Speed Dryer Systems, and Fluidized Bed Incineration Systems.

REDCO provides sludge dewatering solutions with capacities ranging from 1 ton/day to 200 tons/day and is an expert in sludge treatment with employees who have extensive practical experience in the field. In collaboration with its business partners, REDCO established the world’s largest capacity belt dewatering facility, the 800 tons/day IZSU Çiğli Sludge Dewatering Facility, which was officially opened and commissioned on February 6, 2014.

In 2018, the REDCO team, together with its solution partners, launched one of the largest solar drying plants in the Middle East, consisting of 12 halls, for the Şanlıurfa Municipality Wastewater Treatment Plant, under the scope of the EU IPA Projects Support. In 2019, REDCO also commissioned a 24 tons/day capacity sludge drying plant with 3 drying beds for the Kilis Municipality Wastewater Treatment Plant under the scope of the United Nations Development Programme Support. Additionally, REDCO provided a 15 tons/day capacity sludge dewatering system for DNM Textile, a company owned by Eroğlu Holding, for its production facility in Egypt. Furthermore, REDCO supplied high-speed dryers in 2016 for the Ford Gölcük Factory and in 2017 for the Bulancak Municipality Wastewater Treatment Plant.

In addition to dewatering technologies, REDCO has also ventured into the rapidly expanding field of sludge incineration technologies. It has successfully commissioned fluidized bed sludge incineration plants with capacities of 60 tons/day for the Bursa OSB and 120 tons/day for the Çerkezköy OSB.
